Our History
Frazier Construction was founded in 2018 by Sean Frazier. The company changed our name in 2023 to proudly put our name, which reflects Integrity, on all projects we work on and continue to strengthen our commitment to our clients, subcontractors, and business partners we work with. That commitment is built on the pillars of Strength, Trust, and Integrity, which is the cornerstone of our company.
Sean has in-depth experience in the construction industry from twenty-five years of working for large prestigious firms. It has been his vision to create a construction company comprised of professionals in the industry who bring their knowledge and expertise to the organization. Our mission is to provide the company’s we serve with fair pricing, on-time project completion and build strong relationships with those we serve. While business is rarely done by handshake anymore, we at Frazier Construction approach every project as if it were, with integrity, professionalism, and pride.
Every project we undertake is performed in partnership with our customers. We are known to listen well and communicate carefully, to achieve exceptional results, on time and on budget.
Meet Your Team
Sean Frazier
Managing Member, Frazier Construction, LLC
Sean Frazier is the managing member of Frazier Construction, LLC, based in Rockville, Maryland. He took on the role in October 2018 when Datum Commercial Construction expanded its services to the East Coast. Sean then took full control of the east coast office and changed the name to Frazier Construction. Sean manages the day-to-day operations of Frazier Construction, including business development, estimating, and accounting and all aspects of running the company. Sean’s role is to steer the company through leadership, decision making and goal setting.
Prior to starting Frazier Construction, Sean spent over two decades in the commercial construction industry. He started out working in the field as a superintendent, then as a project manager, and later in his career as a vice president of various commercial construction companies in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. He has a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. He is originally from Hanover, Massachusetts.
Sean was on the board of directors of the Washington Building Congress, an organization based in Washington, D.C., dedicated to advancing the construction industry. In his spare time, he coaches his local church’s girls’ basketball team, he makes frequent trips to visit Syracuse and Michigan where his daughters go to college. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and dog.
Luke Brigham
Estimator
Luke began his career in construction while finishing his degree at George Mason University. He started with small MEP projects for a real estate developer but decided to branch out, so he moved to a commercial construction company as an assistant estimator. Finding a penchant for estimating, he continued to take on larger projects, including ground up restaurants and grocery stores. He joined the Frazier team in 2021 and continues to be our sole estimator proving accuracy and details to determine project costs. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, snowboarding and spending time with friends and family.
Kevin Lockrey
Project Executive
Kevin joined Frazier Construction as Project Executive. He has effectively managed projects, employees, and trained teams over the past thirty years. Prior to entering the construction industry Kevin also owned his own business for the past twenty-one years. He has successfully overseen all aspects of projects by utilizing effective organization and communication skills to drive projects forward with energy, enthusiasm, and passion. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Economics from Wesley College. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events and going to the beach.
Gyssel Alfonso
Project Manager
Gyssel was the first official employee hired on the Frazier team. She was hired as a Project Coordinator. She previously held the position of Field Operations Coordinator, which entailed managing superintendents, staying up to date with OSHA standards, assuring on site safety, and coordinating quarterly company updates. As a Project Manager with Frazier, she wears a multitude of hats making her an integral team player with clients and superintendents. In her free time, she enjoys activities such as hiking, biking, camping, fishing along with other non-outdoor activities such as artwork and socializing.
Tom Saulsbery
General Superintendent
Tom has worked in the construction industry bringing with him thirty-seven plus years of experience. He has worked on residential, commercial, and industrial projects in forty states and two countries. Tom has also owned his own business for twenty-three years. Prior to entering construction, we thank Tom for his service in the United States Marine Corps.
Tom is currently the General Superintendent for Frazier Construction and oversees all the projects in the field. He works with the superintendents daily to assist in any way to ensure project success.
Tom and his wife, Patty will be celebrating their forty-year anniversary this year. They have four children and six grandchildren.
Darline Bell-Zuccarelli
Controller
Darline joined Frazier Construction, Rockville, MD as the Controller in May of 2023. She comes to us with more than 40 years of accounting, finance, budgeting, human resources, and event planning experience. Her expertise is developing and implementing accounting systems that protect the integrity of financial information as well as providing accurate, reliable, and timely financial reports. In her free time, she manages the family farm, rides ATVs with her daughter, and travels to soccer games with her husband.
